This system is used by our members to book their pool sessions.

The club uses it to enforce the safe bathing limits and keep record of who used the pool and when. Users must logon to the system with their email address not the username from the membership system

MyClubHouse

MyClubhouse is our online club membership management software and provides tools for managing memberships, events, payments, communication.

Most members will only use it for joining and renewing and booking events.

We use it to maintain a record of our members and to communicate notifications by email or SMS. It is also how we organise and publish members events such as inductions and courses and club trips.

It is not a public system. Everyone who accesses it must logon using their username and password.

This Help Desk application is used instead of email to process the high volume of incidents and the duplications of requests sent to the membership team.

We have implemented this system to better manage and track the 100s of requests, questions, and issues reported by our members.

Each request, incident and question is allocated a unique ticket that then allows the members to see how their ticket is being processed and allows the various volunteers in the membership team to monitor and manage the tickets more effectively.

It will integrate a knowledge base that members can interrogate to find answers and solutions and self help.
