SASAC – St Albans Sub-Aqua Club

The Board-of_Directors (BoD), also known as the Club Committee, is the group of members that run the club and are company directors of St Albans Sub-Aqua Club Ltd.

The ratio of representation on the club committee is defined in the company articles of association.

From time to time the Board-of_Directors (BoD) will define a sub-committee and the scope under which it operates to manage specific deliverables for the club.
